Lerøy Seafood Group ASA underlines the importance of having sound corporate governance with clearly defined distribution of roles between shareholders, the Board of Directors and the company management.
At the same time, corporate governance involves relationships with employees, customers, suppliers, creditors, local communities and other parties with whom the company has a connection. The Group’s goal is to operate and further develop all parts of the company’s value chain in line with the Group’s strategy for long-term and sustainable value creation over time. Lerøy’s corporate governance is based on the Norwegian Code of Practice for Corporate Governance (NUES).
